1. My favorite popcorn place, Pop Culture in Overland Park, Kansas, has their Drumstick flavored popcorn back in stock. Good thing I stopped by today, as they’re already almost out.

2. I got a new scratcher mat for our cat, and he seems to be enjoying it quite a bit. He gets himself all worked up and then runs all around the house. It’s adorable, and I am loving it.

3. I started this last night, but got really sad and frustrated when I realized I’d been trying for two hours to come up with something else that was making me happy. It was not a good day. It hasn’t been a great year. After many challenging years in a row, I am working my way through a lot of painful emotions that I had buried just to survive. But today I am feeling a little better. We had an excellent steak dinner, and I was able to get some things cleaned up. And I am ready to head into a new week. Just a day late.
